- All delivery estimates depend on when payment is confirmed and reflects in our bank account during working hours,
- And if you live in main city centers and not outlying areas.
- And also if these products were ordered on their own. If they are ordered with ‘out of stock’ products then your order will default back to out of stock estimates, to await the ‘out of stock’ items to complete your order (unless otherwise specifically stated and arranged by yourself).
- 24-48 hour delivery may also be affected by power outages & delivery company strikes.

Warranty and Return Policy
Our products are imported into South Africa through the correct channels and they carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Red Networks does not carry any warranty. All faulty products must be returned within 7 (seven) days from date of purchase, failing which faulty products shall not be received and be deemed, to be in full working order.
Exchanges can also be made within 7 (seven) days and credit shall only be considered if the goods are returned within 7 (seven) days of date of invoice. No refunds on any of the products. No refunds or exchanges on the software products. Only Credit Notes be offered and No Cash Refunds!
Exchanges bearing a manufacturer fault can be made within the warranty period of that product and Credit shall only be considered once Red Networks has tested the units and found the fault to be a manufacturer fault and if the goods are returned within the product’s warranty period from the date of the invoice. No refunds on any of the products. No refunds or exchanges on the software products. Only Credit Notes will be offered on all products and No Cash Refunds!
